As Chief Information and Risk Officer (CIRO), Tricia Copeland provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing technology initiatives. She directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. She continually evaluates existing technologies and processes and develops strategies for adopting new solutions for challenges.
