Senior Vice President, Director of Finance
Tracy Senf has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of federal and state tax incentive programs, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, historic rehabilitation tax credits, commercial real estate, real estate investment funds, new markets tax credits and renewable energy programs. As Director of Finance, she will oversee and manage the FInance Managers and Vice President of Finance. In addition, she will maintain a portfolio of development projects, working closely with individual Project Managers as each deal progresses from conception to stabilizatoin.
