Nicole O’Rourke
Asset Management Finance Manager

Nicole O’Rourke has 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of federal and state tax incentive programs, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, and real estate investment funds. As Asset Management Finance Manager at McCormack Baron, Ms. O’Rourke works to monitor and enhance financial performance of assets, analyze opportunity to capture funds and outstanding fees, builds models to support resyndication, exit and preservation of the MBC portfolio of assets.
Ms. O’Rourke began her career at McCormack Baron Asset Management, where she served as an Analyst. In that role, she conducted in-depth demographic, economic, and real estate market research for a variety of purposes, including market studies, appraisals, corridor analyses, special taxing district revenue studies, housing assessments, and downtown revitalization plans.
Prior to joining McCormack Baron Asset Management, she was an Accounting Manager at Capstone Development Group where she prepared budget and cash flow forecasts, ensured tax and legal requirements were being met and managed the development accountant. Previously she served as a Staff Accountant at RubinBrown LLP where she performed all aspects of external audit engagements primarily in the real estate and not for profit industries.
Ms. O’Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
