Nicole Lewis
Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance
Nicole Lewis focuses on mitigating risk for the McCormack Baron Salazar companies, our communities and our clients. As Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance, Ms. Lewis directs the planning and implementation of insurance programs and related risk management activities. She is also responsible for all aspects of the organization’s insurance programs and assists the Chief Information and Risk Officer in developing and implementing a comprehensive and effective risk management strategy.
Prior to joining McCormack Baron Salazar, Ms. Lewis served as Director of Commercial Lines & Senior Account Executive for AssuredPartners. In this role, she led the commercial lines department, generating $5.2 million in new business revenue in 2024 and annual double-digit growth.
Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Evangel University, Springfield, MO.
