As Director of New Markets Tax Credits, Nicole Blumner is responsible for all aspects of programming, pipeline building, underwriting, closing, compliance, asset/portolio management, accounting and developmnent of community outreach programs and all other matters related to the New Markets Tax Credits program across the McCormack Baron Companies, including role as SVP and Director of MBS Urban Initiatives CDE (Urban Initiatives or CDE).
