Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Mr. Mattei-Lozano leads the development of mixed-income and mixed-use projects, leveraging and securing project financing, and coordinating the efforts of public and private partners. He currently supports the development efforts in Puerto Rico, collaborating with partners, community groups, and stakeholders to transform previously isolated and deteriorated areas into sustainable, vibrant, and connected mixed-income communities.
