Karen Pruiett manages McCormack Baron Management’s implementation of the Yardi© integrated property management software program. Yardi helps McCormack Baron Management’s property managers handle myriad compliance issues, including those related to public housing, tax-exempt bonds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), resident-based and project-based Section 8, and specific local development agreements and produces reports for on-site staff review and for corporate monitoring.
