In her role as Assistant Controller, Ms. Beckemeyer is responsible for all Corporate financial reporting and general accounting functions including the monthly closing cycle, preparation of management and GAAP reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and internal controls as well as the accounting function for all development stage projects including monthly draw preparation, development budget monitoring, and cost certification workpaper preparation.
