Justin Paradise has over 13 years of experience specializing in the financing of affordable multifamily LIHTC developments. As Vice President, Finance Manager in our development finance division, he structures and underwrites mixed-finance and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments. Mr. Paradise works across all company projects, creating financial structures, managing the financial and legal aspects of the financial closing, and overseeing the close-out process upon project completion.
