James Baugh
Senior Vice President of Development Residential
James Baugh has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing. His experience includes project management, team leadership, investor relations, financial reporting, and process optimization. As Senior Vice President of Development Residential, he develops, recommends, and oversees appropriate policies congruent with the strategic direction of the development company.
Prior to joining McCormack Baron Salazar, Mr. Baugh served as Vice President, Asset Management at Affordable Equity Partners where he led the day-to-day and strategic direction of all asset management functions for 22,000-unit LIHTC portfolio, with oversight of the asset managers and analysts.
Mr. Baugh has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University.
