As Vice President, Ms. Carpenter specializes in leveraging public and private financing to deliver affordable housing and community assets to underserved neighborhoods. Ms. Carpenter is responsible for securing entitlements and community support, submitting financing applications, refining the project design and program, coordinating financial closings, overseeing the construction, and completing the lease-up.
