Trained as an architect with advanced degrees in building science history and business administration, Adi Shamir-Baron brings her expertise in sustainable building practices, preservation, and impact finance to her work on master planning design guidelines and new business initiatives. She and her team engage joint venture partners and local stakeholders to arrive at design strategies and solutions that leverage tax credit financing including new markets, historic rehabilitation, renewable energy, and low-income housing, to benefit communities in the redevelopment of urban sites across the country.
