Tampa Selects McCormack Baron Salazar
On Wednesday, November 14, the Tampa Housing Authority selected the team led by McCormack Baron Salazar to help plan for the revitalization of two public housing sites in West Tampa. The redevelopment plan would include the demolition of North Boulevard Homes and Mary Bethune public housing and redeveloping 120 acres on the west side of the Hillsborough River in Hillsborough County, Florida.
