MacArthur Park TOD featured in Sustainable Community eNews Letter
McCormack Baron Salazar’s MacArthur Park Apartments Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) was recently featured in HUD’s Sustainable Communities eNewsletter.
The community, which features affordable apartments over retail and parking adjacent to the MacArthur Park Metro stop, was lauded for its accessible, affordable and environmentally sensitive housing that incentivizes its residents to use public transit.
