Vista Sunrise Apartments

Vista Sunrise Apartments is an 80-apartment special needs affordable housing development for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Vista Sunrise also provides housing for persons living with HIV/AIDS who are also homeless or at-risk of homelessness.

The $10.8 million Vista Sunrise project is a joint venture between McCormack Baron Salazar and Desert AIDS Project.  Desert AIDS Project is a community based non-profit corporation whose mission is to meet the evolving medical and social service needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Vista Sunrise Apartments is located immediately adjacent to the Desert AIDS Project campus. This combination of affordable housing, health care and social services creates an ideal environment for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Other amenities include a pool, nearby access to on-site laboratory and pharmacy, and access to social services and medical services such as case management, mental health, vocational, nutritional educational, legal counseling, an on-site laboratory, pharmacy, and medical staff.
