In the next 15 years, the population of those 62 years and older will increase by 60%. Our senior housing developments are shaped by our commitment to a philosophy of aging, which supports the right of each resident to “age in place” in the least restrictive environment. This includes a safe, attractive residence that encourages autonomy. Merging well-designed supportive physical environments with staff that is professionally trained to work with the elderly is the keystone of our operations.

McCormack Baron Salazar (MBS) has been involved in developing and managing senior housing since the late 1970’s. Its vision and commitment has led to the continuing evolution of a senior housing program that now includes designing and programming around the specific needs of modern seniors and incorporating Universal Design standards in newly constructed senior buildings.
