MBS Capital Corporation is a newly formed subsidiary of McCormack Baron Salazar that will focus on acquisition and syndication of new and existing residential real estate properties across the United States. The new subsidiary is led by Al Ragan, who previously served as president of McCormack Baron Ragan Management Services, Inc.
