On July 19th, 2011, Mike Duffy, Vice President of Finance at McCormack Baron Salazar, participated in a panel of industry experts weighing in on the state of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit industry.

As part of the National Council of State Housing Agencies’ 2011 Housing Credit Conference & Marketplace, Mr. Duffy joined other veteran housing credit developers to discuss the 2011 development environment, housing market recovery, perspectives on QAPs, and green building.

The discussion was led by Natasha Weaver of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.  Other panelists included Beverly Bates from The Community Builders, Jennifer Erixon of Mercy Housing, Michelle Norris of National Church Residences and Paul Sween of Dominium.
