New Leadership for West Coast Operations
McCormack Baron Salazar is pleased to announce new leadership for the firm's Los Angeles-based West Coast Operations.
Daniel Falcon, Jr. has been appointed Senior Vice President / Manager of the firm. Since joining the firm in 2004, Dan has overseen planning and development activities for mixed-used communities totally over 1,000 residential units.
In his new capacity with MBS, Dan will be directly responsible for day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles office, as well as all development activities in Southern California.
The new appointment will allow Tony Salazar, Principal of MBS to focus on cultivating the firm's nationwide new business development.
The firm also announced the addition of Louis A. Bernardy to the Los Angeles Office. Lou was the former President of the LA Housing Partnership where he served in this capacity for 17 years. Lou will serve as a Vice President and will be responsible for all phases of project management, as well as new business development.
