Artists, cultural workers and families love calling our beautiful, historic campus home! Our ArtSpace building features gallery space, an on-site laundry facility, and 24-hour maintenance. We also have community spaces available for music practice, dance and band rehearsals.  You can choose from  well-appointed studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes.

Located in the historic Treme neighborhood in New Orleans, you’ll be near fantastic restaurants and shopping, as well as private and public schools. In the heart of New Orleans' cultural hub, attractions include Carver Theater, New Orleans African American Museum, Louis Armstrong Park, and the famous French Quarter.
