Mr. Dobbin has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry. He has worked extensively on acquisition, finance, syndication and management of multifamily properties, as well as development and construction management. With the asset management division, Mr. Dobbin develops and coordinates monitoring systems to evaluate the performance of the McCormack Baron property portfolio. Mr. Dobbin also manages property refinancings and dispositions as well as property and liability insurance programs. He also monitors real estate assessments, abatements and exemptions.

Prior to joining the asset management division, Mr. Dobbin spent 12 years with McCormack Baron Ragan, the company’s management company affiliate. Prior to this he was with Mead McClellan, a local St. Louis development company. He is past Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and also served as a Director and Secretary for Neighborhood Housing Services of St. Louis.

Mr. Dobbin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administration and Finance from Antioch College.
