Ms. Wilhite oversees the Property Management Accounting Department. In this role she is responsible for the receipts, disbursements and financial statements as well as the financial reporting requirements. Ms. Wilhite also works with the President of MBR to monitor changes in Section 42 policy. Ms. Wilhite also oversees the Training Department which is responsible for training all Property Management personnel on the proper usage of our operations software.

Ms. Wilhite joined McCormack Baron Ragan in 1997 with more than seven years of public accounting experience in auditing and tax. She worked for six years in the private sector in leasing and commercial real estate.

Ms Wilhite serves on the board of a non-profit housing organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State University) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
