Mr. Foley has nearly 20 years of experience managing maintenance and construction activities in the public and private sectors. He has worked extensively to improve the performance and efficiency of maintenance departments, and to incorporate maintenance issues with new construction planning.

As Corporate Maintenance and Construction Manager, Mr. Foley serves as technical expert and consultant to property managers on construction and maintenance related issues.

Prior to joining McCormack Baron Ragan in 1995, Mr. Foley was the Maintenance Director at the Housing Authority of East St. Louis, IL.  Mr. Foley has served on the Special Council for Lead Poisoning Prevention for the City of St. Louis and as an Advisory Council member for Vatterott Educational Centers. Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University.
