Prior to joining McCormack Baron Ragan, Mr. Mauroff worked mainly in the government and non-profit sectors on a local and national level with a focus on gang prevention, intervention and suppression and community development.  His professional experiences range from Boys & Girls Clubs to the San Francisco Mayor's Office.  He has provided to training to communities around the country on implementing effective gang and violence reduction strategies and is still involved with that work through a number of forums.  Mr. Mauroff co-founded the Friends of Balboa Park Playground with his neighbors and their efforts have resulted in millions of dollars of improvements to their local park.  In addition, he volunteers at his daughter's public school.
