As a Vice President of Finance, Director of New Markets, Mrs. Tinsley focuses specifically on the firm’s New Market and solar tax credit investments. She also works on projects involving a broad spectrum of other development incentives and tax credits.

Mrs. Tinsley brings to this role a mixture of investment, strategic and legal experience. She provides analysis of available federal, state and local tax credits and incentives and structuring of complex transactions involving, among others, new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, Brownfield tax credits and affordable housing assistance program tax credits.

Before joining MBS, Mrs. Tinsley was a partner at a major St. Louis law firm and has over ten years of legal experience handling complex real estate, tax credit and tax transactions. Mrs. Tinsley is experienced in managing complex real estate and tax credit transactions from concept to completion.
