Addam Wall, LEED AP, Construction Administration
Addam Wall has served as the Owner’s Representative overseeing all aspects of the construction of four phases of MBS developments, including C.J. Peete / Harmony Oaks, the largest single phase in the history of the company. His responsibilities include maintaining proper lines of communication by working closely with project owners, architects, engineers, and the general contractor; tracking all potential contract changes including RFIs, RFP’s, and Change Orders, organizing and leading construction meetings, and preparing monthly status reports for project owners and investors.
MBS developments overseen by Mr. Wall in the construction phase include: C.J. Peete /Harmony Oaks, a 460-unit, 115-building mixed-income, mixed-use development in New Orleans, LA; the 86-unit, 22-building multi-family, mixed-income Matthew Henson Phase IV in Phoenix, AZ; Matthew Henson Phase III in Phoenix, AZ, which involved the partial renovation of a historic area, installation of new public utilities and constructing of 135-units in 50-buildings; and, currently, the 112-unit, mixed-finance, mixed-income Arlington Grove project in St. Louis, MO.
Mr. Wall began working as an Owner’s Representative for MBS while with Ledgistics CM, LLC, a construction management firm. While earning his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Arizona State University, Mr. Wall gained experience in a wide range of construction practices through internships for several top general contractors in the Phoenix area.
