Susan Tempesta, HCCP, Vice President
Ms. Tempesta is responsible for evaluating operating performance and maximizing the value of a portfolio of properties located throughout the southeast, providing traditional owner services which include compliance issues, refinance and disposition strategies, and is a liaison to investors, state housing finance agencies, lenders, trustees and management companies.
Ms. Tempesta brings 18 years of experience in asset management and property management. Prior to joining McCormack Baron Asset Management in 2008, Ms. Tempesta was the Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Management for Centerline Capital Group, an alternative asset manager and syndicator, where she oversaw the limited partner’s interest in an affordable housing multifamily portfolio.
Ms. Tempesta holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders. She is a graduate of Plymouth State College where she received her BS in Business Administration.
