Mr. Arst is responsible for monitoring and tracking financial analysis of the project portfolio, and assisting in the refinance and disposition of select portfolio properties. Prior to joining McCormack Baron in 2003, Mr. Arst was an audit manager with a local CPA firm which has a strong local and national presence in affordable housing.

Mr. Arst has more than eight years experience in diversified audit, accounting, income tax preparation and consulting. His expertise is in HUD-insured multi-family audit, consulting and tax services.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
