As a result they receive direction and oversight in maintenance tracking procedures, emergency on-call services and review, capital improvement programs, architectural and construction services, as well as purchasing and inventory programs. Headquarters staff is available to site offices through regular site visits and frequent communication. Eddie Foley Corporate Maintenance and Construction Manager Mr. Foley has nearly 20 years experience managing maintenance and construction activities in the public and private sectors. He has worked extensively to improve the performance and efficiency of maintenance departments, and to incorporate maintenance issues with new construction planning. As Corporate Maintenance and Construction Manager, Mr. Foley serves as technical expert and consultant to property managers on construction and maintenance related issues. Prior to joining McCormack Baron Ragan in 1995, Mr. Foley served on the Special Council for Lead Poisoning Prevention for the City of St. Louis and as an Advisory Council member for Vatterott Educational Centers. Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University.
